Assessment
Firstly, we will assess your problem. The rehabilitator will take a detailed account of your complaint, discuss any medical issues, and conduct a thorough physical analysis.
Diagnosis
After considering all the information from the assessment, we will then diagnose your condition and find out the best treatment plan.
Treatment Plan
Based on your diagnosis, we will create a tailored treatment program to improve your condition. This will include exercises for you to perform at home.
Review
If necessary, we will review your recovery as many times as needed. To objectively measure your progress, during the first session, we will record your baseline data to track improvements.
