3. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

4. Appointment Scheduling:

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, over the phone, or in person. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed.

5. Fees and Payments:

Fees for our services are outlined in our pricing information. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to modify our fees with notice.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide notice as early as possible. Failure to do so may result in fees or forfeiture of the appointment.

Your appointments are very important to the team here at Body Boost Clinic. We therefore respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us ASAP and at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the loss of your deposit. If we don’t receive 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment then unfortunately, your deposit becomes non-refundable or transferable.

All returning clients who fail to attend an appointment will be asked to pre-pay in full for their next appointment.

7. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health history. Failure to disclose relevant information may impact the effectiveness and safety of the services.

8. Confidentiality:

We respect your privacy. Information shared during consultations and appointments is treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Code of Conduct:

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during appointments and interactions with Body Boost Clinic staff.

10. Limitation of Liability:

While we strive to provide high-quality healthcare services, Body Boost Clinic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

11. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
